USPs of
G4T4 - AMC

G4T4 – AMC (Autonomous Mobile Cobot) is a fusion of collaborative and mobile robots. Our mobile cobots can move autonomously between different workstations, transport materials and switch from one job to the next without any trouble. Thus G4T4 – AMC enables new possibilities in handling and logistics automation.

The innovative pneumatic package of the G4T4 – AMC allows compressed air for 0 point clamping systems but at the same time vacuum generation for suction grippers.

We use the Fanuc CRX-10iA / L cobot. It is protected optimally against dust and oil spilling happening often in an industrial environment. This corresponds to the safety standards according to ISO 10218-1. The Cobots can be easily used in a wide variety of applications such as automated guided vehicles (AGV) because of their light weight. With a reach of 1.418 mm and a load capacity of 10 kg, it is ideal for the task. The long arm with a long reach as well as the slim body and compact wrist offer you the maximum flexibility.

G4T4 – AMC software license covers the use of the G4T4 – AMC as well as the control software (including localization, path planning and navigation), the fleet management (including coordination and traffic areas, the AMC-GUI for the configuration and monitoring of the fleet, the fleet management interfaces for order management, observation and visualization).
Billing takes place monthly via the G4T4 – AMC maintenance contract. Details can be found in the associated maintenance service-pack.

The Schunk Co-act EGP-C is the first certified industrial gripper for collaborative operations. The leading competent manufacturer for gripping systems and clamping technology, SCHUNK is producing inherently safe industrial grippers, certified and approved for collaborative operations by the German Social Accident Insurance (DGVU) for the first time ever. This certification assures the safety assessment of the overall system in collaborative operations.

More options of grippers are available.

All necessary media such as compressed air and power cables are routed from the base of the robot to the robot wrist with an energy package suitable for industrial use. We offer the most secure fastening options with the igus cobot clamps and an extra protection with the robust triflex R cable wire carrier In order to ensure a clean and safe routing of cables and hoses on the CRX robot.

FANUC iRVision is the plug-and-play system for optical recognition from FANUC. Installation and the operation of the ultra-flexible system are extremely easy. With the help of the camera system, the robot can be precisely calibrated to the machine tool using the 3-marker-runtime-offset function besides the 2D part recognition.

In order to be able to change the collaborative gripper quickly, depending on the requirements, the robot is equipped with a collaborative quick-change system.

The Wiferion etaLINK 3000 inductive charging system offers a maximum output of 3kW and a maximum charging of 60A. As a result, the built-in batteries can be charged upto 100% in around 60 minutes. The charging system is designed for the latest generation of smart and autonomousThe G4T4 mobile charging station with inductive charging system offers a maximum output power of 3kW and a maximum charging current of 60A. This allows the installed batteries to be charged from 0-100% in around 60 minutes in the fastest scenario. The charging system is designed for the latest generation of smart and autonomous robotic systems. Since the systems do not require plug and slip contacts, they allow for intermediate charging of the batteries. This so-called “in-process charging” not only saves time but is also safer than charging via potentially dangerous open contacts. etaLINK charging systems are maintenance-free and designed for long-term continuous operation.

The work table consists of 6 storage spaces of euro boxes 600 x 400 x 150mm (L x W x H), max.load 200 kg and the console for the inductive charging station.
